black repress! zwo fremde was recorded in 1994 by zky and daniel paul (aka cab drivers). the next year cabinet records was founded. the track now comes in full length on vinyl, mastered from the original tape. this gem is a master piece and a blueprint for many tracks these guys made. also other artists are inspired by this timeless classic, like konstantin sibold: it was the model for his track >mother< he said. backside 50 is the perfect b-side and rounds off the 50th release on berlins house label no. 1.

thomas leer was mainly active in the late 70s and early 80s, dropping two singles on cherry red that provided the source material for the two original tracks on this emotional rescue reissue 12-. opener -saving grace- is a rich, bombastic blast of synthwave, all chugging arps and massive leads, while -tight as a drum- heads into more psychedelic territory, using strange gating techniques and deft fx to create a wondrous, shimmering bed for leer s poetic chat over the top. bringing an inventive angle to the release, the label signed bullion up for two wonderfully warm, wobbly remixes. honing in on the weirder qualities of leer s work, these modern interpretations make a perfect bridge from the old to the new - highly recommended!

limited repress! drumma records turns 5 years old and to celebrate our anniversary we have prepared a very special ep. we are proud to release the long awaited collaborative project between ricardo villalobos and umho known as >ricmho.< ricardo and umho are friends since 20 years. for the first time ever they came together to make this vinyl. the tracks were produced last winter in berlin during their tour. the bond that ricardo and umho share for latin american music is present in both tracks. there are rhythmic and textural microworlds along with amazing syncopation and evocative melodies. these are fundamental traits of the latin american continent and integral elements of this duos musical language. 180g vinyl, shrinked and fullcover print.

melbourne talent lou karsh steps up for xk011 and delivers an astonishing ep of emotive acid and techno. with only a handful of releases on his own imprint, lou karsh records, and under his evil reptilian alter ego (which shall not be exposed here), the maturity of these productions belies a relatively new hand… watch out!

the fifth release from the bunte kuh label is another winner: it comes from bardia salour and features three fresh originals with a remix from peter schumann. it s also set to be available on vinyl release too. salour is a german artist who runs his own esteemed events in hamburg and has played all over europe from watergate in berlin to culture box in copenhagen. his dub infused style is utterly distinctive and these new cuts prove that once more. north scapes opens up with a molten, acid tinged bassline. as it grows more wild there are icy hi hat loops layered in with some big piano chords to finish it in style and mean the floor will really go wild. liquid lava is more direct, with hard hitting techno kicks and deft synth sounds colouring in the grooves. then comes the excellent urban signals, a dramatic, dubbier cut with cavernous bottom ends and subtle, supple synths layering in warmth and atmosphere. last of all, peter schumann s lsd25 restyle of north scapes pairs it back to a warm, bubbly warm up house tune that will get you moving with its sonar blips and nice, deep cut and churning drums. all four of these tracks are fresh and classy efforts sure to make their mark.

repress 2019 - all that jelly and no toast - like when you find a bomb tune that s unavailable on 12-. the new sublabel of smile for a while is exactly about this. clubby house music by well-established producers as well as from lesser-known guys. french guy alex agore opens the ep with the lowtone remix of -what did i do- - cut-up garage house to the maxx. max chapman from london delivers another belter, a bassline-driven organ house tune with a minimalistic but very effective set-up. oleg poliakov - aka skat and one of the guys behind circus company - comes up with a sublime but powerful tech house tune, in the original sense of the genre name. -jazzve- is a tune by russian producer mutenoise. it s maybe the most original, innovative tune on this ep. full of surprises and cutting-edge elements - hard to compare to anything else around these days.

superb keyboardist and driving mind of the british jazz funk scene, founder of the seminal and finest band called atmosfear, mr. lester j. batchelor is also the composer behind these three timeless gems and most refind electronic disco tracks as equa. this is an instant buy if you like the style of motorcity drum ensamble, sadar bahar, red greg and few others expert rare grooves selectors.

2019 repress - this year kevin saunderson, ann saunderson and paris grey, collectively known as the legendary band inner city, release >future<, their first entirely new material since parting company in 2001, written and produced in collaboration with another detroit legend, namely kenny larkin. the track marks a welcome return for a group that combined the tough, futuristic grooves of the detroit scene with the vocal energy of r&b and gospel and helped to define the period in which house and techno moved from underground phenomena to top 10 material, paving the way for hundreds of dance hits to come. >future< is devastatingly catchy and highly emotional, exhibiting all the soulful flavours and qualities you would expect from these celebrated producers and singers. masterfully re-edited by carl craig this track ascends to a higher place whilst kenny larkin is on remix duties, beautifully reworking the original into a techno infused monster with intoxicating staccato vocals.

aux4415 sees a lot of debuts and also old friends united on one huge compilation ep. after collecting these for a long time, it had to be two records to have enough room. here you ll find everything between idm, electro, braindance and expressive music from many different artists
